Ohhh wow this is one of those cool places where you can come have some yummy coffee get some work done and feel at home. The baristas here are amazing and super friendly. We come periodically to do a quick Bible study and it is so much fun, their pastry option are great can’t wait for next visit 🙌my favorite is the pistachio latte

this was a phenomenal find. The food was great service was superb and the atmosphere fantastic. Miranda the Barista took a special interest in everyone that came in and found ways to connect with each of them, offering drink options and food options as well. She made the experience top tier! I had an iced matcha latte and a refresher both were fantastic and I also had a soup and grilled cheese. Everything came out quick and appropriate temperatures. the environment is great with a nice vibe of good music playing in the background ample seating and a fun pirate theme from the name. Definitely a great place for good drinks, a relaxing afternoon or study break!

I hate to leave this review because I’ve always had great experiences with Barbarossa Coffee, especially at their Tomball location. That’s exactly why this visit to the Spring location was so disappointing. When I first arrived, there was nobody at the register, which already set the tone for the visit. What should have been a quick stop then turned into over an hour. I ordered a smoothie and breakfast tacos, and even the smoothie took a while to come out. I finished the entire drink before my food even arrived. After about 30 minutes, I checked in with the staff and was told it was due to “miscommunication” and that someone was new, while the person who took my order was in the back on the phone. I had to repeat my order multiple times, specifically asking for no hot sauce and no salad. Despite that, after another 15 minutes, the tacos finally came out incorrect, with both hot sauce and a salad, and they were lukewarm, not hot. To make matters worse, the smoothie itself wasn’t properly blended. What stood out most is that they weren’t particularly busy, just a light morning crowd. I’ve been to the Tomball location when it was much busier, and the service there was still fast an

This place is absolutely phenomenal. I can't even begin to describe how good their coffee is. They offer so many varieties and a large assortment of pastries and other food. They sell their coffee beans too in all different sizes and flavors. I was sad to see their Nutella croissant go, but the chocolate one is divine. They have a rewards system too! The staff and manager are beyond helpful and nice. The inside is huge and they have several different types of games on the tables for you. Overall, a wonderful place. Don't give your money to a big corporation like Starbucks, COME HERE! Big shout out to Mike and Jay. I will definitely be back.
